Expert opinions and recommendations
Midas Golden Touch — this is a slot for patient players, ready for long «dry» periods in order to win big.
Experts recommend
- Manage bankroll: due to high volatility, the balance should cover at least 200–300 spins.
- Play at medium stakes: optimal — 1–2% of the total bankroll. This prolongs the gaming session and increases the chances of getting a bonus.
- Don't be afraid of free spins: most of the big wins come from the bonus game thanks to the Sticky Wins mechanic and multipliers.
- Use demo mode: before playing for real money, test the game to understand the frequency of bonus activations.
Mathematical model
- RTP 96.10% — above the industry average (usually 94-96%).
- High volatility — rare, but potentially very large wins.
- Maximum win — 10,100x the bet for one spin or free spin.
- Bonus frequency: Free Spins activate approximately once in 150-200 spins on average.
Compared to analogs
- Book of Dead (Play’n GO): similar volatility, but lower RTP (96.21% vs 96.10%), no multipliers on wilds.
- Gates of Olympus (Pragmatic Play): similar theme and multipliers, but higher volatility and RTP 96.50%.
- Midas Golden Touch 2 (Thunderkick): direct sequel with RTP 94.27%, average volatility and increased maximum up to 15,000x.
