Expert opinions and recommendations

Extra Gems — this is a slot for patient players, ready for long sessions without the chance of winning a big pile.

Recommended

• Play with the minimum bet in the base game to generate balance.
• Activate bonus rounds, as the main part of RTP is concentrated there.
• Do not use aggressive strategies like 'Martingale' — high volatility makes them risky.

Mathematical model

• RTP at 95.01% is below the market average (96%), but compensates with high volatility and the potential to win up to 5,005x.
• Chances of activating free spins — moderate, however, within the bonus there are possible chains of cascading wins with increasing multipliers.

Compared to analogs

1. Gems Bonanza (Pragmatic Play) — higher RTP (96.51%), but less flexible mechanics of paths.
2. Crystal Crush (Red Tiger) — similar mechanics, but average volatility and lower maximum (2,500x).
3. Gemix 2 (Play’n GO) — cluster mechanics instead of paylines, RTP 96.2%, but more complex in mastering.

Extra Gems is fully adapted for mobile devices. The interface scales without loss of quality, intuitive control is easily understood even on screens with a diagonal of 4–5 inches. It supports both iOS and Android.
