Bonus functions and unique mechanics
Lamp of Wonder is surrounded by two key bonus modes:
- Bonus Game: activates upon the appearance of three or more bonus symbols on the middle (second) baraban. The player receives 3 initial respins. The goal is to collect as many bonus symbols as possible that remain in place (sticky). If during the respins the entire screen is filled (9 symbols), the player wins the Grand Jackpot (x500).
- Ultra Bonus Game: activates upon the appearance of four bonus symbols on the middle baraban. This mode offers increased chances of winning jackpots and higher multipliers.
- Jackpot system: in bonus rounds, four fixed jackpots are available:
- Mini.
- Minor.
- Major.
- Grand — x500 from the bet.
- Sticky Bonus Symbols: bonus symbols, especially red, can appear in the base game and remain on the reels until the bonus game is launched, significantly increasing the chances of its activation.
Expert opinions and recommendations
Lamp of Wonder — this is a slot for those who love excitement and are ready for a long wait for a big win. Due to the absence of base payouts and high volatility, the bankroll should be calculated for a large number of spins.
Recommendations
- Start with demo mode: it is essential to test the slot without real money to understand its rhythm and frequency of bonus activations.
- Manage the bankroll: set a clear loss limit and stick to it. This slot can 'stay silent' for a long time.
- Aim for Ultra Bonus: although activating it is more complex, this mode offers the best prospects for a big win.
- Don't expect small wins: this is not a slot for getting small, frequent payouts. Here, all the joy comes from one big hit.
Mathematical model
- The slot has an RTP of 95.60%, which is considered standard for online slots from 3 Oaks Gaming.
- Volatility is above average or medium-high, meaning wins will be rare, but potentially quite large.
- Chances of winning are directly related to the frequency of bonus game activations, which, in turn, depends on the appearance of bonus symbols on the average reel.
Compared to analogs
- Hot Fire Fruits Hold & Win: has a similar Hold & Win mechanic, but with a classic fruit theme and base payouts.
- Great Panda: also from Booongo, but with a completely different mechanic and theme, focused on collecting symbols in the base game.
Mobile version
Lamp of Wonder is fully adapted for play on smartphones and tablets. The slot is developed using HTML5 technology, which guarantees smooth operation, fast loading, and the same visual and functional experience as on the desktop version. The game can be played on devices running iOS and Android without the need to download a separate application.
Pros and cons
Pros
- Unique and captivating mechanic 'Hit the Bonus'.
- The chance to win one of four fixed jackpots.
- High maximum win (x2720).
- Beautiful vintage theme and quality graphics.
- Full adaptation for mobile devices.
Cons
- Absence of payouts in the base game.
- High volatility, requiring a large bankroll.
- Bonus games can be activated quite rarely.
Locking
Lamp of Wonder — this is a bold and innovative step from Booongo. The slot is ideal for experienced players looking for a non-standard gameplay and ready to take risks for the chance to hit a big jackpot. Despite the absence of base payouts, the bonus modes are enticing, compensating for this shortfall with high potential.
