Payouts for combinations (6 identical symbols)
- Boginya Bastet (highest symbol): x10 bets.
- Red cat: x5 bets.
- Blue cat: x2.5 bets.
- Green cat: x2 bets.
- Card symbols (A, K, Q, J, 10): from x0.5 to x1 bets.
In Megaways games, payouts depend on the number of symbols in combinations (minimum 3), not on fixed lines.
Bonus functions and unique mechanics
- Book (Wild/Scatter): substitutes for other symbols and activates the bonus when 3+ land on the barabans.
- Free Spins: 10 free spins are awarded. Before the start of the round, a random symbol becomes Expanding — filling the entire baraban when it lands.
- Chance x2: for +50% to the bet, the player increases the chances of activating Free Spins in the base game.
- Feature Buy: you can instantly buy the bonus round for 100x the current bet.
- Cascading Wins (Cascades): after each winning combination, symbols disappear, and new ones fall in their place, creating chains of wins.
Expert opinions and recommendations
Book of Cats Megaways — an excellent choice for experienced players looking for high potential wins.
Due to high volatility, it is recommended.
- Set a moderate bet size (0.2–1.0 of the bank per spin).
- Use Chance x2 during a prolonged session — it increases the frequency of bonuses without full purchase.
- Avoid Feature Buy with a small bankroll — the cost can quickly deplete the balance.
- Play in demo mode to study the frequency of bonus activations and the behavior of Expanding symbols.
Mathematical model
- The slot has an RTP of 96.95%, which is above the market average (average RTP — ~96%).
